We offer private airport transfer services from Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA). Simply request a transfer during your booking and our driver will meet you at the arrivals hall. The drive takes approximately 30 minutes.

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM (14:00) and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested in advance and is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate you at no extra charge.

Yes! Our on-site concierge team is available every day to arrange same-day or next-day excursions. However, we strongly recommend booking popular tours in advance to avoid disappointment, especially during peak season (July–October, January–February).

We accept Bank Transfers (CRDB, NMB, NBC), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa and Mastercard), and local mobile money services including M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, and Airtel Money. All payments are handled securely.
Yes, a 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 70% balance is due on arrival or as agreed in your booking confirmation email. Group bookings may require a different deposit structure.
Cancellations made 14+ days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 7–13 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. In special cases (medical emergencies), we offer date changes instead. Full policy is on our Terms & Conditions page.
Yes. Our property is gated and staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have CCTV coverage, professional security personnel, and in-room safes in all villas to keep your valuables secure.
We currently do not allow pets on the property to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests and to preserve the natural environment around our villas. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Yes! We have a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the gardens with Mount Kilimanjaro as a backdrop. The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily and is exclusively for resident guests.
Yes. We offer a curated wellness menu including Swedish and deep-tissue massages, aromatherapy, facial treatments, and couples spa packages. Treatments are performed by certified therapists and can be arranged in-room, at the spa pavilion, or poolside.
